Introduction

Our Pluralistic Sufi culture is based on true Islamic mysticism. This has stood the test of times. From the ravens deserts of Arabia to the heartland of India this trail goes to every nook and corner of the Globe. The life and teaching of these Sufis have a lasting imprint on our lives and culture.
Sufi Cultural Organization (SCO), founded by Syed Farid Ahmed Nizami, is a Spiritual, Cultural, Educational and Charitable NGO created for the purpose of protecting, preserving and maintaining the rich Sufi culture of India.  It has been established to create an All India Sufi Platform for bringing the tenets of Sufism (Tasawwuf) to the fore.
The principal aim of the SCO is to promote the mission of Great Sufi Saints like Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia and Hazrat Moinuddin Chishti Ajmeri, their message of Love, Peace and Communal Harmony.  With its Motto of “Love all Hate none”, SCO resolves to stand firm against the spread of radical ideologies & global terrorism. SCO is also engaged in various other charitable and religious activities for the betterment of the society.
Today Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia’s name stands in perpetual glory in the list of the Great Sufi Saints of India. His Dargah in New Delhi is highly respected by the people of the country irrespective of cast, creed, faith and religion.  Being ancestral direct descendant of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia and Naib Sajjadanashin of the Dargah Syed Farid Ahmed Nizami has started this Sufi Mission from this world renowned centre of spiritualism. He is also the Secretary General of SCO. By the grace of Almighty Allah today SCO has successfully established an All India Sufi Platform and connected itself with almost all the major Indian Sufi shrines.
